Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing services related to product information, transactional services to internal/external customers, as well as handling customer complaints and grievances to ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided. Additionally, the role ensures the smooth execution of transactions in accordance with the PKO (Operational Policy Guidelines) and strives for customer satisfaction with the services rendered.

Qualifications:

  • Female;

  • Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Law, Sharia Banking, or relevant field);

  • Minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale);

  • Presentable appearance;

  • Maximum age of 27 years;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Service-oriented with attention to detail;

  • Preferably has experience in a similar role;

  • Placement in Solo, Central Java
