Padang – KB Bank Syariah, along with Nazhir Wakaf Warrior, has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting the empowerment of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This time, support was provided through the MSME Blessing Capital program in Padang City on Friday (August 29).

The handover was carried out directly by the Nazhir Wakaf Warrior, who has selected and mentored the beneficiaries. The Blessed Capital will be used by MSMEs to develop their businesses.

The MSME Blessed Capital Program is a concrete manifestation of support in encouraging MSMEs to grow, become independent, and improve their welfare. Furthermore, this program is expected to make a positive contribution to the local economy.

KB Bank Syariah Corporate Secretary, Umar Hasni, stated that this initiative is not only limited to business assistance, but also part of strengthening the productive waqf ecosystem.

"Through this program, we hope to build a sustainable waqf ecosystem. This will not only have a social impact but also encourage the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia. KB Bank Syariah will continue to support the development of waqf instruments through CWLD as a solution to strengthen MSMEs and provide sustainable benefits," said Umar, as quoted in his statement.

CWLD is an innovative product initiated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Previously, KB Bank Syariah also ran a CWLD program, with funds allocated to provide Blessing Carts to MSME entrepreneurs in Depok City, West Java.
